G’morning! Less oats for me today (and from now on, I guess) as I haven’t been able to finish my #fitfoodjars recently. I always get to this time of year and start decreasing my food intake - in a natural way though, since my body doesn’t feel like it needs so much food. Feels like I’m getting closer to some hybernation state 😂 anways, take-home lesson here is: always listen to your body! Whether it wants more or less nutrients. Have a wonderful week #fitfam
